We recommend booking our photography services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates, especially during wedding seasons, tend to get reserved quickly. Ideally, you should contact us at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their vision and preferences with us. Before your session or event, we'll have a consultation to discuss your ideas, style, and any specific shots you have in mind. We believe in tailoring our photography to your unique needs, ensuring that the final results align with your expectations and reflect your personal taste.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited photographs varies depending on the scope of the project. For portrait sessions and smaller events, you can expect to receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks. For larger events like weddings or extensive photography projects, the turnaround time may extend to 4-6 weeks. Rest assured, we prioritize quality in our post-production process to ensure each image meets our high standards before we deliver them to you. If you have any specific deadlines or urgent requests, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Sessions can be cancelled up to 3 days in advance and receive a full refund of deposit. Clients are able to reschedule their session up to 48 hours in advance without incurring a penalty. Sessions that are rescheduled less than 48 hours before appointment time shall incur a $30 rebooking charge. Please be on time. Sessions that are more than 20 minutes late will be charged a $30 fee. Clients that are more than 40 minutes late will be considered "No-Show". Winn Studios Photography shall retain all deposits and fees if a session is cancelled less than 3 days before appointment time or a client is a No-show.
